The role

BitConnect is offering you the role of Senior Java Backend Engineer at an end-client, specialized in cloud security solutions. As an Senior Java Backend Engineer, you report to the global R&D Software Management and will be part of an international team responsible for the Trusted Identity Platform. Teams are based in over five offices worldwide and you help enforce the team in developing, maintaining and supporting the cloud solutions. We are talking about developing Web services in Java to interact with third party or internal components, be part of a scrum team that implements and tests a fully functional product solution, participate in all facets of a scrum based product development (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, review, …) and work in close collaboration with Product Owner & Scrum Master. The technical environment consists of Microservices with Rest interfaces, Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift, Sping(Boot), MySQL/MariaDB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL and CI/CD.

 

Asking:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java

• Framework experience with Spring(Boot)

• Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor is a major plus
